These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of FilmFixPost.com and any services provided by FilmFix Post (“FilmFix Post,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

FilmFix Post is a post-production service operated by Wright Family Films LLC.

By accessing this website or submitting a film or materials for review, you agree to these Terms.


Services Overview

FilmFix Post provides post-production cleanup, editing, film polish, and release-readiness services for family-friendly films only.

Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Artifact cleanup and stabilization

  • Film polish and pacing refinement

  • Technical review and release readiness feedback

  • Optional add-on services (thumbnails, trailers, exports)

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis.


Content Eligibility

FilmFix Post works exclusively with family-friendly content.

By submitting a project, you confirm that your content:

  • Contains no nudity or sexual content

  • Features fully clothed performers at all times

  • Contains no graphic violence, gore, or blood

  • Contains no explicit or adult themes

Projects that do not meet these guidelines may be declined without review.


Submissions & Ownership

  • You retain full ownership of all submitted films, footage, and materials

  • Submissions are used only for review and agreed-upon services

  • FilmFix Post does not claim ownership, licensing rights, or creative control

  • We do not publish, distribute, or share your content without permission


Quotes, Fees & Payments

  • All pricing is provided before work begins

  • No services are performed without approval

  • Submission or review fees (if applicable) are disclosed in advance

  • Fees are non-refundable once review or work has started

  • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)


No Guarantees

FilmFix Post does not guarantee:

  • Distribution

  • Acceptance by platforms or festivals

  • Monetization or revenue

  • Audience performance or retention outcomes

Our role is limited to technical cleanup, polish, and professional guidance.


Creative Scope

FilmFix Post does not:

  • Rewrite scripts

  • Alter story intent without approval

  • Replace creative authorship

  • Act as a distributor or agent

All creative decisions remain the responsibility of the project owner.


Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • FilmFix Post is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered

  • We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions or policies


Termination of Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline projects that fall outside content guidelines

  • Terminate services for misuse, misrepresentation, or abuse

  • Refuse future service at our discretion
     

Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Wright Family Films LLC is registered.
